🍅 Caprese Quinoa Jar

Ingredients
- 200 g Quinoa
- 250 g Fresh cheese (Mozzarella, stored in water)
- 400 g Vine tomatoes
- 20 g Basil leaves
- 30 ml Apple cider vinegar
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Honey
- 4 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
- 30 g Roasted onions
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa and cook it in triple amount of salted water for 15 minutes. Let it drain and cool.
- 2. Cut the mozzarella balls in half. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Pick the basil leaves.
- 3. Mix the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a sauce.
- 4. Layer in four jars: at the bottom the quinoa, then the tomatoes, then the mozzarella halves, then the basil. Repeat the layers.
- 5. Put the sauce separately in a small container or pour it over the jars shortly before eating. Sprinkle with roasted onions.
