  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa and cook it in triple amount of salted water for 15 minutes. Let it drain and cool.
  2. 2. Cut the mozzarella balls in half. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Pick the basil leaves.
  3. 3. Mix the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a sauce.
  4. 4. Layer in four jars: at the bottom the quinoa, then the tomatoes, then the mozzarella halves, then the basil. Repeat the layers.
  5. 5. Put the sauce separately in a small container or pour it over the jars shortly before eating. Sprinkle with roasted onions.
