🍅 Caprese Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 4 Scheiben Ciabatta bread, sliced
- 200 g Small buffalo mozzarella balls, drained and halved
- 250 g Ripe tomatoes, sliced thickly
- 15 g Fresh basil
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Dark balsamic vinegar
- 2 g Sea salt
- 1 g Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill or pan.
- 2. Brush the ciabatta slices with some of the olive oil.
- 3. Toast the bread on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 4. Slice the tomatoes thickly and lightly salt them.
- 5. Layer the tomato and mozzarella pieces onto the toasted bread.
- 6. Distribute the fresh basil leaves on top.
- 7. Drizzle the bruschetta with the remaining olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- 8. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
