Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 30 g butter
- 60 ml Red wine
- 250 g ricotta
- 50 g Chocolate
- 1 Eggs
- zum Bestäuben Powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, butter, and wine, knead into a dough.
- 2. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- 3. Form into tubes and fry until golden brown.
- 4. Mix ricotta with sugar and melted chocolate.
- 5. Fill the tubes with ricotta cream.
- 6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
