🍝 Cannelloni with Ricotta and Spinach

Ingredients
- 200 g Cannelloni
- 200 g Ricotta
- 200 g Spinach
- 300 g Tomato Sauce
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Blanch the spinach briefly and let it drain.
- 2. Mix ricotta, spinach, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- 3. Fill the cannelloni with the filling and place them in a baking dish.
- 4. Pour tomato sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
- 5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy.
