Ingredients
- 200 g Sushi Rice
- 240 ml Water
- 2 EL Rice Vinegar
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Stück avocado
- 100 g Surimi
- 2 Stück Nori Sheets
- 2 EL Sesame Seeds
- 1 Prise wasabi
- zum Servieren Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice and let it cool.
- 2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, and fold into the rice.
- 3. Place nori on a sushi mat.
- 4. Spread a layer of rice evenly on nori.
- 5. Cut avocado and surimi into strips and place in the center.
- 6. Roll the sushi and sprinkle with sesame.
- 7. Cut into pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
