🍜 Spanish Knot Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 800 ml Veal stock
- 150 g Guentipoof noodles (knot noodles)
- 200 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 kleine Carrots
- 1 kleine Onion
- 1 EL Cooking oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots and onion. Cut them into very small cubes.
- 2. Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onions and carrots for 3 minutes.
- 4. Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes until it turns white.
- 5. Pour in the stock and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat to low. Add the noodles. Cook for 10 minutes until al dente. Stir occasionally.
- 7. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
