Ingredients
- 6 Calçots
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Red Pepper
- 60 ml Olive Oil
- 30 g Nuts
- 1 EL Vinegar
- 1 Prise Spices
Instructions
- 1. Grill calçots until soft.
- 2. Blend tomatoes, garlic, pepper, and nuts.
- 3. Add olive oil and vinegar, mix well.
- 4. Serve calçots with the sauce.
