🍮 Caramel-Walnut Pastry Cups

Ingredients
- 200 g Phyllo pastry sheets (thawed)
- 150 ml Caramel sauce (Kulfi or Cajeta)
- 60 g Walnut kernels, chopped
- 15 g Sugar
- 40 g Butter, melted
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Divide the phyllo pastry into 8 equal rectangles.
- 3. Place the rectangles in a greased muffin tin and press them gently into the molds.
- 4. Brush the pastry with one-third of the melted butter.
- 5. Bake the cups for 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Mix the caramel sauce with the chopped walnuts.
- 7. Fill the cooled cups with the caramel-walnut mixture.
- 8. Sprinkle the filling with the remaining sugar and broil for 2 minutes to caramelize.
