Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Pecorino Romano (grated)
- 30 g Black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 20 g Salt (for water)
- 250 ml Pasta cooking water
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente.
- 2. Take the spaghetti out of the water with tongs and place them on a plate. Keep 250 ml of the cooking water.
- 3. Put the coarsely ground pepper in a large pan and roast it over low heat for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Pour the hot cooking water into the pan with the pepper and stir.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Gradually add the grated cheese and stir vigorously until a creamy sauce forms.
- 6. Return the spaghetti to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
