  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. 2. Take the spaghetti out of the water with tongs and place them on a plate. Keep 250 ml of the cooking water.
  3. 3. Put the coarsely ground pepper in a large pan and roast it over low heat for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Pour the hot cooking water into the pan with the pepper and stir.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Gradually add the grated cheese and stir vigorously until a creamy sauce forms.
  6. 6. Return the spaghetti to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
