🥗 Cabbage Rolls with Ground Meat

Ingredients
- 1 Kopf cabbage
- 400g ground meat
- 100g rice
- 1 onion
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 1 TL paprika
- nach Geschmack salt
- nach Geschmack pepper
Instructions
- 1. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water.
- 2. Dice onion and sauté.
- 3. Mix ground meat with rice, onion, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Wrap the filling in the blanched cabbage leaves.
- 5. Simmer in a large pot with water.
