Ingredients
- 1 Kopf Cabbage
- 600g Beef
- 150g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 400ml Tomato Sauce
- 2 Zehen Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Boil the cabbage leaves and drain.
- 2. Mix beef, rice, onion, and garlic.
- 3. Place filling in the cabbage leaves and roll them up.
- 4. Place in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
- 5. Bake for 70 minutes at 180 °C.
- 6. Serve warm.
