🍰 Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 150 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 Prise salt
- 30 g butter
- nach Geschmack maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Combine buttermilk, egg, and melted butter in a bowl.
- 2. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine briefly.
- 4. Heat a pan and add a bit of butter.
- 5. Portion out the batter and fry the pancakes in the pan until golden brown.
- 6. Stack the pancakes and serve with maple syrup.
