  2. 2. Put flour and salt in a bowl, add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. 3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into small portions and shape into oval flatbreads.
  5. 5. Heat a pan and bake the naan on each side for about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Brush with butter and serve warm.
