🍕 Buttermilk Naan

Ingredients
- 200g Flour
- 100ml Buttermilk
- 1/2 TL Yeast
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in buttermilk and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 2. Put flour and salt in a bowl, add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- 3. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- 4. Divide the dough into small portions and shape into oval flatbreads.
- 5. Heat a pan and bake the naan on each side for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Brush with butter and serve warm.
