Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken Breast
- 50 g butter
- 200 g Tomato Passata
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 2 TL Curry Powder
- 100 ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces and sauté in a pan.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger and add to the chicken.
- 3. Add curry powder and sauté briefly.
- 4. Stir in the tomato passata and let simmer.
- 5. Add cream and butter, mix well.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
