Ingredients
- 300g Chicken Breast
- 100g Yogurt
- 50g butter
- 1 Onion
- 200g Tomato Puree
- 1 EL garam masala
- 1 TL Chili Powder
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 2. Sauté onion in butter until golden brown.
- 3. Add marinated chicken and sauté.
- 4. Add tomato puree, spices, and salt; mix well.
- 5. Let the curry simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
