Ingredients
- 150g Brown Rice
- 200g Black Beans
- 1 Stück Bell Pepper
- 100g Corn
- 1 Stück Avocado
- 100g Tomato Salsa
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 1 EL Lime Juice
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to instructions.
- 2. Chop and sauté bell pepper.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 4. Mix with tomato salsa and lime juice.
