Ingredients
- 200 g Burrata cheese
- 150 g Tomatoes
- Handvoll Fresh basil
- 1 EL Balsamic glaze
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice tomatoes and arrange them on a plate.
- 2. Place burrata in the center.
- 3. Top with chopped basil, olive oil, and balsamic glaze.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper.
