🧀 Burrata Crostini with Artichokes and Basil

Ingredients
- 200 g Ciabatta
- 200 g Burrata cheese
- 150 g Marinated artichoke hearts (in a jar)
- 15 g Fresh basil
- 20 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 g Salt
- 80 g Raw ham (Prosciutto di Parma)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the ciabatta into 4 slices and toast them lightly in a pan or toaster.
- 2. Cut the artichoke hearts into small cubes and pat them dry.
- 3. Cut the prosciutto into narrow strips.
- 4. Crumble the burrata into small pieces using your hands.
- 5. Roughly tear the basil leaves.
- 6. Generously brush the toasted ciabatta slices with olive oil.
- 7. Distribute the artichoke cubes on the bread.
- 8. Place the crumbled burrata on top.
- 9. Drape the prosciutto strips and basil over the top.
- 10. Season with a pinch of salt and serve immediately.
