  2. 2. Cut the artichoke hearts into small cubes and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Cut the prosciutto into narrow strips.
  4. 4. Crumble the burrata into small pieces using your hands.
  5. 5. Roughly tear the basil leaves.
  6. 6. Generously brush the toasted ciabatta slices with olive oil.
  7. 7. Distribute the artichoke cubes on the bread.
  8. 8. Place the crumbled burrata on top.
  9. 9. Drape the prosciutto strips and basil over the top.
  10. 10. Season with a pinch of salt and serve immediately.
