Ingredients
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Zucchini
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 100 g Arugula
- 3 EL Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop bell peppers and zucchini into small pieces.
- 2. Halve cherry tomatoes and chop onion finely.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 4. Season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Toss well and serve.
