🥗 Bunny Chow - Bread Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 White bread loaf
- 200g Chickpeas
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic clove
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 EL Curry powder
- 250ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Handvoll Coriander
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- 2. Add tomatoes and curry powder, sauté for a short while.
- 3. Add chickpeas and vegetable broth, let simmer until sauce thickens.
- 4. Hollow out the white bread loaf to create a bowl.
- 5. Fill the bread bowl with the chickpea mixture and top with fresh coriander.
- 6. Serve and enjoy warm.
