🍝 Bún Thịt Nướng (Grilled Pork on Rice Noodles)

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 200 g Pork tenderloin
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 3 EL Fish sauce
- 1 EL Sugar
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 100 g Pickled vegetables
Instructions
- 1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin pieces.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic, mix with fish sauce, sugar, and pepper.
- 3. Add the meat to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Fry the marinated pork in a hot pan until well cooked.
- 6. Plate the noodles, top with grilled pork, and serve with pickled vegetables.
