Ingredients
- 300g Pork shoulder
- 200g Rice noodles
- 3 EL Fish sauce
- 1 EL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 100g Pickled carrots
- 1 Cucumber
- eine Handvoll Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork into thin slices, marinate with fish sauce, sugar, and garlic.
- 2. Place the marinated meat on the grill and grill.
- 3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 4. Slice cucumber thinly and prepare with pickled carrots.
- 5. Arrange noodles in bowls, place grilled meat, cucumbers, and carrots on top, and garnish with coriander.
