🍝 Bún Sườn (Rice Noodles with Ribs)

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 250 g Pork ribs
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 4 EL Fish sauce
- 1 EL Sugar
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 50 g Fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork ribs into pieces.
- 2. Finely chop garlic and ginger, mix with fish sauce, sugar, and pepper.
- 3. Mix the meat with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Bake the ribs in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- 6. Plate the noodles and serve with the ribs and fresh herbs.
