🍝 Bún Riêu (Crab Noodle Soup)

Ingredients
- 200g Crab paste
- 200g Rice noodles (Bún)
- 1L Chicken broth
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Stange Lemongrass
- 1 EL Tamarind
Instructions
- 1. Bring chicken broth to a boil and add lemongrass and tamarind.
- 2. Add crab paste and diced tomatoes to the broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Serve noodles in bowls and pour the soup over them.
