🍝 Bún Riêu - Crab Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 200g Crab meat
- 200g Rice noodles
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Stängel lemongrass
- 3 EL Fish sauce
- 20g Seaweed
- eine Handvoll Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Bring crab meat with water, sliced tomatoes, and lemongrass to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Slice onion into thin rings and add, simmer broth over medium heat.
- 3. Add fish sauce and seaweed, simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 5. Arrange noodles in bowls, pour broth over, and garnish with coriander.
