Ingredients
- 300g Ground pork
- 200g Rice noodles (Bún)
- 1L Chicken broth
- 1 Stange Lemongrass
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Mix ground meat with diced onion, garlic, and lemongrass to form small balls.
- 2. Bring broth to a boil and add meatballs, simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Serve noodles in bowls with broth and meatballs.
