Ingredients
- 300g Pork (shoulder or belly)
- 200g Rice noodles (Bún)
- 4 EL Fish sauce
- 2 EL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bund Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Slice pork thinly and marinate with fish sauce, sugar, and garlic.
- 2. Grill or fry pork until golden brown.
- 3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Place noodles in bowls, top with pork, and garnish with coriander.
