🍝 Bún Chả - Grilled Pork with Noodles

Ingredients
- 300g Pork belly
- 200g Ground pork
- 200g Rice noodles
- 3 EL Fish sauce
- 2 EL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 100g Pickled vegetables
- eine Handvoll Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork belly into thin slices, marinate with fish sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
- 2. Mix ground pork with the same ingredients and form small balls.
- 3. Place marinated meat slices and balls on the grill and cook.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 5. Arrange noodles in bowls, place grilled meat on top, and garnish with pickled vegetables and coriander.
