🍝 Bún Chả (Grilled Pork with Rice Noodles)

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 200 g Ground pork
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 4 EL Fish sauce
- 1 EL Sugar
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 50 g Mint
Instructions
- 1. Mix ground pork with onion, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and pepper.
- 2. Form the mixture into small patties and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Grill or fry the patties until fully cooked.
- 5. Place the noodles on plates, top with grilled patties and fresh mint.
- 6. Serve with remaining fish sauce.
