🍝 Bún Cá (Rice Noodles with Fish)

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 200 g Fish fillet (e.g., cod)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 3 EL Fish sauce
- 1 Lime
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 50 g Fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. Cut fish fillet into pieces, marinate with garlic, onion, fish sauce, and pepper.
- 2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 3. Fry fish in a pan until fully cooked.
- 4. Plate noodles, top with fried fish and fresh herbs.
- 5. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
