Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 250 g Beef brisket
- 1 l Beef broth
- 1 Onion
- 2 Stangen Lemongrass
- 1 chili
- 4 EL Fish sauce
- 50 g Basil
Instructions
- 1. Slice the beef and prepare onion and lemongrass.
- 2. Bring beef broth to a boil, add meat, onion, lemongrass, and fish sauce.
- 3. Let simmer for 15 minutes until the meat is tender.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to instructions.
- 5. Serve the dish in bowls and garnish with fresh basil and chili.
- 6. Season to taste with additional fish sauce if desired.
