🍝 Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm (Rice Noodles with Tofu and Shrimp Paste)

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 200 g Tofu
- 2 EL Shrimp paste
- 1 Stange Lemongrass
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 3 EL Fish sauce
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 50 g Fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into cubes and marinate.
- 2. Chop lemongrass and garlic, mix with shrimp paste and fish sauce.
- 3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Fry tofu in a pan until golden brown.
- 5. Plate the noodles, top with fried tofu and shrimp paste.
- 6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
