Ingredients
- 250g Beef (thinly sliced)
- 3 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic (minced)
- 1 EL Ginger (grated)
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 Spring onions (sliced)
- 1 EL Sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the beef in a bowl with soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- 2. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef on high heat.
- 4. Cook the meat evenly until fully cooked.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
- 6. Serve immediately, accompanied by rice.
