Ingredients
- 2 Tassen cooked rice
- 1 Dose chickpeas
- 3 EL buffalo sauce
- 1 Stück avocado
- 2 EL cilantro
- 1 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the rice and let it cool.
- 2. Drain chickpeas and mix with buffalo sauce.
- 3. Sauté chickpeas in a pan until crispy.
- 4. Plate the rice, adding chickpeas on top.
- 5. Garnish with avocado and cilantro, then serve.
