Ingredients
- 150g Quinoa
- 200g Chickpeas
- 100g Carrots
- 150g Broccoli
- 1 Stück avocado
- 2 EL Peanut Butter
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Lime Juice
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to instructions.
- 2. Sauté chickpeas in a pan.
- 3. Steam carrots and broccoli.
- 4. Mix peanut butter with soy sauce and lime juice.
- 5. Arrange all ingredients in a bowl.
- 6. Drizzle with the peanut sauce.
