🥗 Buddha Bowl with Roasted Vegetables and Quinoa

Ingredients
- 200 g Chickpeas
- 1 Stück zucchini
- 1 Stück Bell Pepper
- 2 Stück Carrots
- 150 g quinoa
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Paprika Powder
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2. Chop the vegetables into pieces and place them in a bowl.
- 3. Add olive oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper to the vegetables and mix well.
- 4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 6. Assemble the bowl: distribute quinoa, roasted vegetables, and chickpeas into bowls.
