🍳 Bubur Ayam - Indonesian Chicken Rice Porridge

Ingredients
- 150g rice
- 200g chicken breast
- 500ml chicken broth
- 2 spring onions
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 cm ginger
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice thoroughly and bring to a boil with chicken broth in a pot.
- 2. Cook chicken until done, then shred it into pieces.
- 3. Add ginger and simmer the rice until soft.
- 4. Season with soy sauce and plate.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
