🥖 Bruschetta Rosso with Herb Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Stück Ciabatta Bread
- 200 g Passata (strained tomatoes)
- 100 g Cream Cheese (Full Fat)
- 10 Blätter Basil
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 15 ml Olive Oil
- nach Bedarf Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the ciabatta bread into 8 thick slices. Toast the bread slices in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown.
- 2. Cook the passata in a pot with salt and pepper for approx. 5 minutes until slightly reduced. Let them cool down.
- 3. Mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped basil and the pressed garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Spread the herb-cream mixture onto each bread slice.
- 5. Add a spoonful of the cooled tomato sauce onto each slice. Serve immediately.
