  1. 1. Slice the ciabatta bread into 8 thick slices. Toast the bread slices in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown.
  2. 2. Cook the passata in a pot with salt and pepper for approx. 5 minutes until slightly reduced. Let them cool down.
  3. 3. Mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped basil and the pressed garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Spread the herb-cream mixture onto each bread slice.
  5. 5. Add a spoonful of the cooled tomato sauce onto each slice. Serve immediately.
