🥖 Classic Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 Stück Baguette
- 400 g Ripe tomatoes
- 10 g Fresh basil
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 5 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 2 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes and dice them into small cubes.
- 2. Wash the basil and chop the leaves finely.
- 3. Mix the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt in a bowl.
- 4. Slice the baguette into 8 equal thick slices.
- 5. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or frying pan until golden brown.
- 6. Rub a garlic clove roughly over the hot bread surface.
- 7. Spoon the tomato mixture evenly onto the bread slices.
- 8. Serve the bruschetta immediately while fresh.
