🥖 Broccoli-Garlic Bruschetta with Pesto

Ingredients
- 4 Scheiben Ciabatta bread (1 cm thick slices)
- 200 g Broccoli (roughly chopped)
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 40 g Basil pesto
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Steam the broccoli in 40 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes until al dente.
- 2. Blend the broccoli in a food processor with the garlic and 10 ml of olive oil into a coarse paste.
- 3. Season the broccoli paste with salt.
- 4. Place the ciabatta slices on a baking tray and spread them thinly with the basil pesto.
- 5. Spread the broccoli paste evenly over the slices.
- 6. Place the bruschetta under the preheated grill (or oven at 220°C) for 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Remove them, drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with chili flakes.
