🥖 Bruschetta with cod and lemon parsley

Ingredients
- 200 g Ciabatta bread
- 160 g Cod fillet (fresh)
- 20 g Parsley
- 1 Stück Lemon
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cod into small cubes and season lightly with salt.
- 2. Chop the parsley finely and grate the lemon zest.
- 3. Mix the cod with the parsley, lemon zest, garlic, and olive oil.
- 4. Slice the ciabatta and toast the slices in a pan until golden brown.
- 5. Spread the cod mixture on top of the toasted ciabatta.
- 6. Sprinkle the bruschetta with chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 7. Serve the bruschetta immediately while warm.
