  1. 1. Cut the baguette into 8 equal slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Place the baguette in the oven at 180 °C for 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. 3. Wash the spring kale and remove the hard stems. Chop the leaves finely.
  4. 4. Wash the strawberries and slice them thinly.
  5. 5. Toast the nuts in a hot pan for 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove them from the pan.
  6. 6. Toss the kale with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. 7. Spread the goat cheese cream generously over each baguette slice.
  8. 8. Place the kale mixture on top of the baguette slices and sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts and strawberries.
