🥖 Spring Green-Health Baguette with Goat Cheese and Strawberry Balsamic

Ingredients
- 250 g Baguette
- 150 g Spring kale
- 125 g Goat cheese cream
- 100 g Strawberries
- 1 EL Balsamic vinegar
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 3 g Salt and pepper
- 15 g Pine nuts
Instructions
- 1. Cut the baguette into 8 equal slices and place them on a baking sheet.
- 2. Place the baguette in the oven at 180 °C for 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 3. Wash the spring kale and remove the hard stems. Chop the leaves finely.
- 4. Wash the strawberries and slice them thinly.
- 5. Toast the nuts in a hot pan for 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove them from the pan.
- 6. Toss the kale with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 7. Spread the goat cheese cream generously over each baguette slice.
- 8. Place the kale mixture on top of the baguette slices and sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts and strawberries.
