🍅 Bread-time Tomatoes with Basil Dip

Ingredients
- 400 g Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Ciabatta bread
- 100 g Light cream cheese
- 10 g Fresh basil
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 2. Cut the ciabatta bread into small cubes and toast them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until crisp.
- 3. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper to form a creamy sauce.
- 4. Place the tomatoes on a plate and arrange the warm bread cubes on top.
- 5. Drizzle the basil sauce over the bread and tomatoes. Serve immediately.
