🥗 Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Cheese
- 150 ml Cream
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- einige Blätter Basil
Instructions
- 1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water and let drain.
- 2. Chop garlic and sauté in olive oil.
- 3. In a bowl, mix broccoli, eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Pour into a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- 5. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- 6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
