🍲 Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g Broccoli
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrots
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g Cheddar cheese
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and carrot in olive oil.
- 2. Add broccoli and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Stir in cream and cheddar until cheese is melted.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
