🥗 Broccoli Cheese Quiche with Whole Wheat Crust

Ingredients
- 150g Whole Wheat Flour
- 75g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 200ml Milk
- 100g Grated Cheese
- 200g Fresh Broccoli
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Knead whole wheat flour with butter to make a dough for the crust.
- 2. Roll out the dough and place it in a quiche dish.
- 3. Divide broccoli into florets and blanch them.
- 4. Beat eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Place blanched broccoli florets in the dish, sprinkle with cheese and pour the egg mixture over.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
