🍲 Broccoli Carrot Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 200g Broccoli
- 200g Carrots
- 150g Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 600ml Vegetable Broth
- 100ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pot.
- 2. Add broccoli, carrots, and potatoes, sauté for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 25 minutes.
- 4. Blend using an immersion blender.
- 5. Stir in cream and serve.
