  1. 1. Boil the cannelloni tubes according to package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite).
  2. 2. Wash the spinach and wilt it in a pan with one spoonful of olive oil until soft.
  3. 3. Squeeze the wilted spinach with your hands to remove excess water.
  4. 4. Mix the spinach in a bowl with the cottage cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, salt, nutmeg, and pressed garlic.
  5. 5. Fill each cannelloni tube with the spinach mixture.
  6. 6. Heat the remaining olive oil in a baking dish and spread a thin layer of passata.
  7. 7. Place the filled cannelloni closely next to each other in the sauce.
  8. 8. Pour the remaining passata over the cannelloni and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan on top.
  9. 9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
