- 4 Brik pastry sheets
- 2 Eggs
- 2 EL Parsley
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in oil.
- 2. Whisk eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Fill and fold brik pastry sheets.
- 4. Fry in oil until golden brown.
