🥗 Bread Olive Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g Baguette (cubed)
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 100 g Cucumber (chunked)
- 50 g Black olives (pitted)
- 1 Stück Red onion (diced)
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Balsamic vinegar
- 10 Blatt Fresh basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Place the baguette cubes on a baking sheet and bake them for 10 minutes until crisp.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and cucumber and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Mix the vegetables, olives, and red onion in a large bowl.
- 5. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and pour over the salad.
- 6. Add the toasted bread cubes shortly before serving and fold them in.
